• Account Information: When you sign up via Apple, Google, or Email, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Travel Data: We store your generated itineraries, travel preferences (budget, interests, dietary restrictions), and visited places history.
• Location Data: We collect your approximate location data only when the app is in use to provide personalized route recommendations, show your position on the map, and calculate distances. We do not track your location in the background.
• Device Information: We collect anonymous data about your device model, operating system version, and app crash logs to improve app stability.
• Media: If you upload a profile photo, it is stored securely on Google Firebase Storage.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Generate personalized travel itineraries using Artificial Intelligence.
• Sync your data across your devices via the cloud.
• Provide social features such as following users and liking routes.
• Provide location-based services (maps and nearby places).
• Ensure app security and prevent fraud.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services which may process your data:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication, database storage, and analytics.
• OpenAI (ChatGPT API): Used to generate travel content. Important: Personal identifiers (like your email or name) are NOT sent to OpenAI; only anonymous travel parameters are processed.
• Unsplash: Used to provide high-quality city images.
• RevenueCat: Used to process in-app subscriptions securely.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal information during transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Deletion (Account Removal)

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data permanently at any time.

How to delete:

1. Open the Voya App.
2. Go to Profile > Settings.
3. Tap on "Delete Account" at the bottom.

Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Account", and we will process your request within 7 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
